Shipping policy

We will do our best to process your order promptly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If there will be a delay for reasons beyond our control, we'll make sure to reach out to you.

Packages that weigh less than 400gm and can ship in Canada as large envelopes will be charged a flat rate. Otherwise, costs are governed by current provider rates. These should be clear at the checkout.

Canadian orders over $100 before taxes will ship free.

We're happy to provide "Goat Express" delivery in the Tors Cove/St. John's area. Parcels are generally delivered within 3 days. The cost is $5 plus applicable tax; minimum order for Goat Express is $15.

If there is a reason for delay, we'll be in touch.  If no one will be available to receive a delivery, please provide information about where the package can be left safely, out of the weather.
