Refund policy

Unless they have been received in damaged condition due to improper packaging by the store, books are not returnable.  If a book is defective due to printing issues, a replacement copy will be sent as quickly as possible—photographic proof of defect or damage may be required. Requests for a replacement book must be made within 7 days of receiving the damaged book.

Except for orders that have been improperly processed, refunds will not be issued.  Store credit or replacement books will be offered.
